Accommodations

ZFEST 2023 Branson, MO will be August 14 - 20, 2023 with the Chateau on the Lake serving as our host hotel.  While presently this property has sold all the rooms in our block, check back to this page as vacancies will be posted as they occur. 

Schedule

(Please note that schedule may change without notice) 

 

PRELIMINARY SCHEDULE (This is NOT the finalized schedule)

  • Monday through Saturday 

    • Various drives offered each day of ZFEST

  • Wednesday

    • Group function to take the Lost Canyon Cave Trail located at Top of the Rock/Big Cedar Lodge

  • Thursday

    • Track day at Ozark International Raceway. The main track is almost four miles long, has 19 turns and 1200 feet of elevation changes in a single lap. The owner describes this as “one of, if not the most technically challenging tracks in the country”. Final details are still being negotiated but discussions has included offering two different sessions, one with parade laps and the other being more “spirited” laps.

ROOM AVAILABILITY

August 16-21, 2023 *2 nights minimum required for all reservations

 

ROOM TYPE & RATES

  • One Bedroom Suite - $129 per night, plus 12.5% tax. These suites feature 1 full bedroom, 1 bath, a living room, dining room, and kitchen.

  • Pre/Post nights available based on availability only

  • Requires a minimum of one occupant in each condo to be 21 years of age

  • There is no guarantee of accommodations floor plan, views, bed size, and/or decor. Guests will be placed as close together as possible

  • A credit card is required at check-in as a $150.00 security deposit will be held for each unit.

  • Guests are responsible for all incidental charges prior to departure

  • Daily housekeeping not included

 

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am. Guests will be asked to verify their departure date at check-in. Guests must adhere to the minimum night requirement stated above. Any guest who chooses to depart prior to the departure date specified on the reservation will still be charged for the entire stay.

 

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT GUIDELINES

When booking reservations, a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) will be required. To reserve a room, a deposit of one night’s rate plus tax will be due at booking. The remaining balance will be due at time of check-in.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be received fourteen (14) days prior to arrival to receive a full refund of the deposit. Reservations cancelled less that fourteen (14) days from the day of arrival shall be responsible for one nights room and tax. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours, no shows, and early departures will not receive any refunds.

 

All transactions at the resort are now cashless. Credit and/or Debit cards are required for payments for all areas of the resort.

After 12 years of the BMW-hosted “Roadster Homecoming” at the BMW Factory in Greer South Carolina, BMW NA decided not to continue the event. At that time ZSCCA, Z Series Car Club of America, stepped into the breach and decided to host the event. We renamed it ZFEST.

 

The first ZFEST was held in 2009 and was the largest independent gathering of BMW Z1, Z3, Z4 and Z8 Roadsters and Coupes anywhere in the world. In subsequent years ZSCCA has continued to host the event and all BMW Z Series enthusiasts are invited whether or not they are members of ZSCCA. The celebration of our Zs is self-supported, relying on registration fees, hundreds of hours of members' volunteer power, and donations from loyal and generous supporters.
