Refund Policy for ZSCCA/ZFEST
Refund requests for ZFEST 2026 registrations will be processed according to the following guidelines:
1. Cancellations by Participants. Refunds will be towards the registration fees and additional activities:
- Full refund: Cancellations made by March 14, 2026.
- 50% refund: Cancellations made between March 15 and March 29, 2026.
- 25% refund: Cancellations made between March 30 and April 13, 2026
- No refund: Cancellations made after April 14
2. Event Cancellation by ZSCCA: In the event of cancellation by ZSCCA, a full refund will be issued to registered participants.
3. Refund Process:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing; email ZFESThelp@ZSCCA.org with the subject line 'Refund Request'.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the request.
4. Incomplete Participation: No refunds will be issued for participants who register but do not attend the event.
5. Payment Disputes: Any payment disputes or chargebacks initiated by the participant will result in immediate cancellation of event access without a refund.
